What to include
So we can help you faster, please include the following where relevant:
- Order questions: the order number (you can find it on your orders page) and a brief description of the issue.
- Activation key issues: the order number, the product name, and the exact error message the storefront showed you when you tried to redeem the key.
- Account or login problems: the email address on the account. Please don't ever send us your password.
- Catalogue requests or feedback: the title you'd like to see stocked, or whatever you think we should be doing differently.
What we can't help with
We sell activation keys for third-party games and storefronts. We can't help with bugs in the games themselves, account issues on the storefront where you redeemed the key, or anything outside the order itself - those need to go to the relevant publisher or platform.
