Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information GBPCGameKeys collects when you use this site, what we do with it, and who we share it with. We've kept it short on purpose: we don't collect more than we need, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone outside the small list of providers required to actually run the service.

What we collect

• Account details: the email address, name, and (optionally) UK mobile number you provide when you register.
• Order details: the items you buy, the price you paid, and the billing address you enter at checkout. The billing address is collected by our payment provider on their hosted checkout page; we never see your card number.
• Activation keys: the redeemable game codes for orders you've placed, shown to you while you're signed in.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, broad geographic region, device type) collected so we can measure engagement and improve the site. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use the information above to create your account, process your orders, deliver your activation keys, send you transactional emails about those orders (confirmations, password resets, refunds), and understand which parts of the site people actually use.

We do not send marketing emails. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

The only third parties that receive any of your data are the service providers required to run the site:

• Our payment provider processes payments and stores your billing address. They are the only party that sees your card details.
• Our analytics provider receives anonymised usage events so we can measure engagement.
• Our email provider delivers our transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, etc.) and processes your email address only to send those messages.

We do not share your personal information with anyone else.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all of them necessary for the site to work or to measure how it's used:

• Session cookies that keep you signed in and support the login flow.
• Analytics cookies set by our analytics provider so we can distinguish unique visitors and measure engagement.

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookies will prevent you from signing in; blocking the analytics cookies has no effect on the site's functionality.

Data retention

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account exists, so you can return to view past orders and re-download activation keys. Our payment provider retains transaction records for as long as their own retention policy requires (typically several years, for tax and chargeback purposes).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your account, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@pcgamekeys.co.uk with your request and we'll get back to you.
